Do not present a Landeia result as a title opinion, legal opinion, appraisal, engineering report, wetland delineation, septic approval, water-right determination, permit approval, lending commitment or guarantee of buildability.
Accuracy and availability
Landeia aims to make assumptions and sources visible but does not guarantee that content, calculations, links or external data will always be complete, current or available.
Intellectual property
The Landeia name, design, original content, software and result presentation are protected to the extent allowed by law. Government source materials remain subject to their own terms and public-domain status where applicable.
Changes
