Listings often compress that complexity into a few attractive claims. Landeia restores the missing questions.

Landeia is not a brokerage, title company, law firm, appraisal firm, lender, surveyor, engineering practice, environmental consultancy or permitting authority. It does not certify a parcel, approve a project or replace professional advice.

How the product will grow

The launch version begins with user-led checkers, calculators and official-source guidance. Automated parcel layers and saved reports will only be introduced after coverage, licensing, reliability, privacy and unit economics have been validated.
